OASIS POKER: RULES OF THE GAME

1. PROCEDURE
1.1. Oasis Poker is played using a single standard 52-card deck.
1.2. If it is discovered that a card or cards have been lost at any stage of the game, the manager has the right to declare the results of all games valid, using the CCTV monitoring to confirm that of ALL 52 cards were present on the gaming table at the start of the game.
1.3. If the casino management has grounds to believe that a card (or cards) has been deliberately removed by a guest, the management reserves the right to declare the current and previous dealings invalid and to demand that all unlawful winnings be returned.
1.4. If the casino management notices that a card has been deliberately marked by a guest by any means in order to distinguish it from other cards, the casino management reserves the right to declare the current and previous games invalid, and all unlawful winnings are confiscated from the player/players responsible.
1.5. In the event that the automatic card shuffler malfunctions while dealing, the manager may declare a re-deal, with the results of the current game being nullified.
1.6. In the event that the cards have been placed into the automatic card shuffler incorrectly, resulting in some of the cards being dealt face up, a re-deal is declared and the results of the current game are nullified.

2. RULES OF THE GAME
To participate in the game, a player must:
2.1. be present at the table during the “no more bets” announcement;
2.2. make an “ante” wager in accordance with the table’s minimum and maximum bets;
2.3. have enough chips to place a “bet." If a player does not have a sufficient amount of chips, he or she is given a time limit of up to five minutes to make a “bet” wager, after which the player’s cards are considered “discarded” and his or her “ante” wager lost.
2.4. In the event that a player wants to play “blind” and the table has free boxes, he or she must place both “ante” and “bet” wagers before the deal begins.
2.5. A player may not look at or touch the cards in the “blind” box before the end of the deal.
2.6. Players must hold their cards above the table within the staff’s field of vision at all times during the game.
2.7. Showing cards to other players is prohibited, as is exchanging information about the cards in any way or form.
2.8. Players are prohibited from engaging in rude or aggressive behaviour, or insulting the casino’s staff in any way.

3. STAGES OF THE GAME
3.1. If a player wants to play two boxes, the “ante” wagers on those boxes must be equal. If the same player wants to play “blind”, the “ante” wager on that box may be anywhere between the table’s minimum and maximum bets.
3.2. The bonus wager is placed in a specially designated field before the “no more bets” announcement.
3.3. It is the players’ responsibility to inform the dealer they are in possession of a winning combination before cards are exchanged. A violation of the rule leads to the loss of the Bonus wager.
3.4. If there are Bonus wagers on boxes played “blind”, the cards on those boxes are checked for bonus combinations after the dealer has exposed his or her cards.
3.5. Payouts on Bonus wagers are made in accordance with the table of odds for bonus combinations. Three of a kind is the minimum combination. If a combination is lower than that, the Bonus wager is lost.
3.6. Players are dealt five cards each at the initial deal, as is the dealer. One of the dealer’s cards is exposed. Any deviation from this rule may lead to the deal being nullified.
3.7. After the cards have been dealt, players make their decisions: to play (to place a “bet” wager), fold (discard the cards) or exchange one or two cards.
3.8. Players are not allowed to alter their decision once it has been made
3.9. Players must remain seated during the entire game.
3.10. Players cannot play at more than one table if the pit boss or the manager has determined that such a situation would cause delays and inconvenience other players at the table(s).
3.11. Players are prohibited from showing their cards to each other, or exchanging information about their cards in any way or form. Players deemed to be in violation of this rule will be taken out of the game, not allowed to play, or even removed from the Casino.
3.12. Players can exchange one card for a fee equal to the ante wager, or 2 cards for a fee of 1.5 times the ante wager. The card(s) may be exchanged only once.
3.13. After the cards have been exchanged for all the boxes, the player must decide decision whether to play or fold. If the player decides to play, he or she must place a “bet” in an amount equal to double the “ante” wager. If the player chooses to “fold”, he or she will result lose their initial “ante” wager.
3.14. The dealer exposes his or her cards only after all the players have made their decisions.
3.15. After the dealer has exposed his or her cards, the players are prohibited from touching their cards or wagers.
3.16. If the dealer’s cards do not include an Ace-King combination or better, the dealer declares “no game” and pays out the “ante” wagers 1:1.
3.17. If the dealer’s cards do include an Ace-King combination or better, the dealer announces the combination and compares it with the players’ combinations. If a player has a better combination, the dealer pays out the “Ante” wager 1:1, and the “bet” wager in accordance with the table of odds. If the dealer’s combination is better than the player’s, the dealer collects the ante and bet wagers.
3.18. If the dealer and a player have equal combinations and cards that are not part of the combination are also the same, a tie is declared. No wagers are won or lost in this case.

4. TABLE OF ODDS
4.1. Winning “ante” wagers are always paid out 1:1.
4.2. Depending on the combination, “bet” wagers are paid out in accordance with the table below, within the maximum for the table.
4.3. A table’s maximum payout does not include Bonus wager payout.

5. GAME SECURITY
5.1. In the event that one or more players do not comply with the gaming rules at a table, the manager reserves the right to close one or more boxes or close down the table at any time.
5.2. The management reserves the right to restrict or deny the casino’s services to any guest without explanation.
5.3. Bets are placed in units indicated on the display board listing the table’s minimum and maximum bets.
5.4. The seats at the table are for players only.
